Prior to creating Hugo Alexander Property Group, I was ranked the #1 salesperson in Australia for highest total sales volume while working at the world’s largest real estate franchise.

I am deeply committed to ethical practice, values-based leadership, and community-focused outcomes. Over the years, I’ve become one of Australia’s most recognised voices in real estate thought leadership.

What drives me isn’t just a passion for property; it’s a personal mission rooted in resilience and legacy. My father was born during World War II on a concrete floor in Siberia, in minus 50-degree weather, as his family fled the grip of war before eventually finding freedom and opportunity in Australia.

But my mother is the true foundation of my success. She showed extraordinary resilience, working long hours while raising me on her own. Her strength and determination instilled in me a deep sense of purpose. Today, my work is about more than building wealth through property. It’s about creating meaningful, lasting impact for my clients, my community, and the future.

I launched Hugo Alexander Property Group to change the way real estate is done in Australia. Named after my two greatest loves, my sons Hugo and Alex, the company embodies my passion for building and preserving generational wealth. In an industry often criticised for lacking integrity, my agency stands apart for its deeply held values of care, transparency and growth. This ethos runs through every aspect of my work, from how I treat clients to the innovative solutions I develop to address today’s housing challenges.

With a Bachelor of International Business, a Graduate Diploma in Advertising, and having graduated Dux of my Master of Business degree, I bring over three decades of strategic investment insight. My expertise spans advertising, property, and consumer psychology — a rare combination that consistently drives results in competitive markets.
